Coatesville, PA - In January, I passed through Coatesville the day after fifteen row homes were torched on a Sunday morning. It was the 14th arson fire in 2009 in just the first month of the year.
As of April, twenty two arson fires had been set ablaze in Coatesville this year. In one case, a volunteer fireman is charged with setting the fires.
Federal authorities are on alert as the epidemic has triggered a "State of Emergency" in the quiet suburb of 11 thousand outside Philadelphia.
Homeowners continue to salvage what they can amidst an audience of television reporters and insurance adjusters.
